About the role
This role focuses on enabling the success of Figure's contractor partners. You will coordinate their initial training and system access, ensuring they are fully onboarded. A core responsibility is to actively monitor partner pipelines, identifying applications that are not progressing. You will proactively engage with partners to help resolve these bottlenecks, moving applications closer to completion and funding. - 2 - 4 years of experience in sales support, partner success, account coordination, lending operations, or similar role
- Experience supporting contractor, home improvement, solar, roofing, mortgage, or fintech partners preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
