The Product Analyst will be responsible for planning tests, defining hypotheses and success metrics, and using internal tools to run experiments. A key part of the work involves deep data analysis, monitoring monetization metrics, and transforming raw data into clear, visual insights. The Product Analyst will collaborate closely with internal teams, including fellow Monetization ICs, Developers, Product Managers, and Data Teams, to ensure the necessary infrastructure for experiments is in place. They will also partner with the User Growth Team to optimize paid user journeys, contributing to a culture of testing and learning within the monetization team. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
The salary for this position ranges from $57,500 to $97,750 USD annually.

What you’ll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Growth Analyst, or Monetization Specialist in mobile gaming or subscription-based apps.
- Strong understanding of monetization levers and metrics.
- Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests and translate results into product improvements.
- Solid background in data analytics, including data interpretation, trend identification, and deriving actionable insights from large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Purchasely, Firebase Remote Config, Mixpanel, and Miro.
- Highly analytical, independent, and outcome-driven with strong ownership.
- Excellent ability to visually communicate insights and influence decisions through data.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
