Product Design Lead (Wallet Platform)

About the role

In this role, you will lead design initiatives for Phantom's wallet platform, which serves millions globally. Your responsibilities will include establishing a vision for user interactions and simplifying complex concepts into easy-to-use experiences.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that design aligns with technical capabilities. Success in this position involves effectively defining product flows and contributing to the overall design system while guiding the strategic direction of Phantom in the web3 space.

The salary range for this role is competitive, starting at $200,000 and going up to $238,000.
