About the role

This Product Designer role focuses on creating user-friendly designs for Binance's equities trading products. The work involves developing and refining design processes to support rapid iteration, ensuring that core trading features like market data display, order placement, and portfolio management are globally appealing and easy to use. A key aspect of the role is leading the design of financial data visualizations, balancing professional utility with everyday readability for users.

The designer will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, using qualitative and quantitative customer insights to drive design solutions. This includes delivering detailed UI/UX designs and maintaining a consistent product experience across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. The role also contributes to the overall design system by building and maintaining equities-specific components, such as chart elements and order forms.

Success in this position requires a strong understanding of equities trading mechanics, along with proficiency in Figma, design systems, and multi-platform design. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and be open to continuous learning and feedback. Prior experience in Web3, crypto, fintech, or brokerage is preferred, and bilingual English/Mandarin skills are required for coordinating with overseas partners.

The listed salary for this position is between $105,000 and $175,000 USD annually.

• Lead financial data visualization design (candlestick charts, order book depth, price movement) that balances professional utility with everyday readability.
• Conduct user research and partner with Product Managers to drive design solutions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
• Deliver detailed, robust UI/UX design solutions and maintain a high-quality, consistent product experience across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Contribute to the design system by building and maintaining equities-specific components (chart components, order forms, compliance disclosure patterns).

• Web3 / Crypto / Fintech / Brokerage / Securities work experience preferred; hands-on knowledge of equities trading mechanics (order types, market rules, trading sessions) is a plus.
• Educational background: degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in Figma; experience with design systems and multi-platform design (iOS / Android / Web).
• Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Open to learning and constructive feedback.
