Product Designer
Role in brief
Jito Foundation seeks a Product Designer to lead web and mobile design for JTX, focusing on user experience, interface, and design system development. This role suits a designer who can independently manage features from concept to launch and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
About the role
This role involves designing for JTX across web and mobile platforms, covering critical functionalities such as order entry, market data visualization, and wallet integrations. The designer will guide features from initial problem definition through UX research and final UI implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
A core responsibility includes owning and refining the design system and token library, which are essential tools for the engineering team. Additionally, the designer will contribute to marketing design efforts, creating landing pages and social assets, and provide design support for other Jito products as needed.
Success in this position means not only delivering high-quality designs but also observing how users interact with released features and continuously iterating based on real-world usage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong product sense, identifying and resolving hierarchy and clarity issues on complex screens.
The salary for this position ranges from $84,000 to $150,000 annually.
