About the role

This role focuses on defining the strategic direction for Anchorage Digital's involvement with various blockchain ecosystems. The Product Lead will be responsible for developing a roadmap that ensures Anchorage becomes the preferred institutional partner for these technologies. This involves understanding the evolving landscape of digital assets and identifying opportunities for integration and collaboration.

A core part of the position is driving alignment across different senior-level teams within the company. This means working with various departments to ensure that product initiatives related to blockchain ecosystems are cohesive and support the overall business goals. The role also includes developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and partnership teams.

Success in this role requires a candidate to leverage their experience in product management, particularly within blockchain, DeFi, or protocol-adjacent companies. The individual will need to demonstrate a history of executing long-term product strategies and possess a deep understanding of technical architecture, potentially from an engineering background. The salary for this full-time remote position ranges from $112,000 to $188,000 USD.
