About the role

Centrifuge is developing the core infrastructure to bridge real-world assets with onchain capital. Their platform supports tokenization for institutional managers and vertically integrated originators, alongside vaults that transform these assets into financial products. This includes managing subscriptions, redemptions, pricing, compliance, and cross-chain distribution, forming a comprehensive stack for future financial products.

The Product Manager will collaborate with the Head of Product to shape the product direction, translating high-level protocol strategy into specific product decisions. This involves working closely with engineering to prioritize, scope, and execute tasks, ensuring progress is unblocked. Success in this role means effectively guiding features from conception to launch, ensuring they align with strategic goals and user needs.

A key aspect of this role is validating product decisions through data, user research, and competitive analysis. The Product Manager will also be responsible for quality assurance before launch, understanding technical details, and ensuring the shipped product functions as intended. The role requires leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation and research, and investigating technical and competitive landscapes to inform the team.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,000 to $188,000 USD.

• Shape product direction: Define features and workstreams in collaboration with the Head of Product. Translate protocol-level strategy into concrete product decisions.

• DeFi fluency: Real experience using DeFi protocols. You can speak to wallet flows, gas dynamics, signing UX, and the rough edges users actually hit.
• Strong product instincts: You know when something is off, you push for clarity, and you care about the details that make a product feel right.
• Clear written communication: You can write a spec, a ticket, or a Slack message that doesn’t need a follow-up to clarify.
• Async-ready: Comfortable with remote work and self-directed time management.

Even better if you have:

• Experience building or contributing to DeFi protocols, dApps, or on-chain infrastructure.
• Familiarity with on-chain data tooling — indexers, subgraphs, GraphQL.
• Interest or background in finance — fund structures, NAV, subscription/redemption mechanics, custody, compliance.
• Experience with RWA protocols, tokenization platforms, or structured credit products.
