Role in brief
Confirmo, a crypto payment platform, seeks a Product Operations Manager to optimize product development processes. This role involves streamlining workflows, managing documentation, and leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency. Ideal for someone with 3-5 years in product operations, experience in regulated environments, and a proven ability to build AI-powered tools and automations.
About the role
This role centers on building and maintaining the operational framework for Confirmo's product team. You will ensure product roadmaps are clear, release processes are smooth, and coordinate efforts across various departments like Engineering, Design, and Marketing. A key part of the work involves removing obstacles for Product Managers by handling tasks such as user research logistics, competitive analysis, and aggregating feedback.
A significant aspect of this position is the development and upkeep of essential systems, including PRD templates, decision logs, and product analytics dashboards, ensuring data reliability for the entire team. You will also manage the feedback loop, transforming customer, sales, and support input into structured, actionable insights for product prioritization.
The role heavily emphasizes the use of AI and automation to improve internal workflows. This includes designing and maintaining automations that connect various tools like Linear, Notion, and Slack, as well as building custom AI tools for tasks such as PRD drafting and competitive analysis. You will also be responsible for evaluating and implementing new AI technologies to keep the team at the forefront of operational efficiency.
The salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $200,000 USD annually.
Skills that matter here
- AI: This role requires demonstrable experience building and using AI tools and agents for tasks like PRD drafting, feedback triage, and competitive analysis, as well as leveraging AI for data analysis and knowledge management.
- no-code automation: You will design and maintain automations using no-code tools like Zapier to connect various internal systems and streamline workflows.
- Python: This skill is used for building lightweight scripts when no-code solutions are insufficient for automation tasks.
- JavaScript: Similar to Python, JavaScript will be used for creating lightweight scripts to automate internal processes.
- Linear: You will be comfortable using Linear for managing product roadmaps and tracking tasks, and integrating it into automated workflows.
- Notion: This tool will be used for building and maintaining systems of record, documentation, and integrating with automated processes.
Who this role suits
- Someone with 3-5 years of experience in an operational role, adept at organizing and unblocking complex teams.
- An individual who has worked in regulated product environments, understanding the importance of compliance and process rigor.
- A person with practical AI fluency, able to showcase agents, automations, or internal tools they have built and actively use.
- A strong systems thinker with excellent written communication skills, capable of documenting decisions and designing for scalability.
From the employer
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the operational backbone of the Product team - roadmap hygiene, release processes, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Success.
- Unblock the PMs - take ownership of the non-PM work that slows them down: user research logistics, competitive intel, feedback aggregation, launch readiness checklists, and documentation.
- Build and maintain systems of record - PRD templates, decision logs, OKR tracking, and product analytics dashboards that the whole team can trust.
- Run the feedback loop - aggregate and synthesise inputs from customers, sales, and support into structured, prioritisation-ready signals for the product team.
- Automate internal workflows - design and maintain automations, or lightweight scripts that connect Linear, Youtrack, Slack, Notion, and Gmail into coherent, low-friction processes.
- Build internal AI tools and agents - create and maintain purpose-built assistants for the Product team: PRD drafting, feedback triage, competitive analysis, and beyond.
- Use AI to accelerate analysis and reporting - across product usage data, customer feedback, and market intelligence, so insight reaches the team faster and more reliably.
- Own AI-assisted knowledge management - build and maintain a queryable, trusted documentation layer that lets anyone on the team find what they need, when they need it.
- Evaluate and roll out new AI tooling - stay close to the market, test what’s emerging, and bring the right tools in before the team even knows to ask for them.
Your Profile:
- 3–5 years in a cross-functional operational role - Product Operations, Program Management, Chief of Staff, or equivalent; you’ve kept complex teams organised and unblocked.
- Regulated product environment experience - fintech, payments, crypto, or another domain where compliance, audit trails, and process rigour actually matter.
- Demonstrable AI fluency - not theoretical. You should be able to show us an agent, automation, or internal tool you’ve built and actually use.
- Hands-on with no-code automation - Tools like Zapier are part of your toolkit; you reach for a lightweight Python or JS script when no-code isn’t enough.
- Strong systems thinker with excellent written communication - you document decisions, design for scale, and write clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable in the modern product stack - Linear or Jira, Notion, Slack, Figma, and at least one product analytics tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar).
- Nice to have: background in payments, crypto, or regulated financial services; experience building internal tools from scratch; exposure to MiCA, PSD2, or other EU financial regulation.
