Collaboration with backend teams is essential to build scalable orchestration, settlement, reconciliation, and failure-handling flows, ensuring payment processing reliability across regions.

A significant part of the responsibility involves owning the admin panel and internal tools used by operations, compliance, and support teams. This includes enabling scalable workflows for transaction reviews, disputes, settlements, and customer support. The Product Owner will also partner with compliance teams for KYC/KYB flows and collaborate with risk and monitoring squads on fraud and AML monitoring, alerting, and case management, balancing operational efficiency with compliance and risk requirements.

  • Product Leadership & Scope
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics across all Tangem Pay products.
  • Ensure alignment between payment experiences, internal operations tooling, financial infrastructure, and monitoring platforms.

  • Execution & Squad Collaboration
  • Work across four core squads:
  • Operations / Admin Panel Squad – internal tools for ops, support, and dispute handling.

  • Cross-Product & Platform Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Wallet, Infrastructure, and Growth teams to ensure unified UX and interoperability.
  • Align frontend and backend experiences across all TP-related products.
