Key Responsibilities
- Product Leadership & Scope
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics across all Tangem Pay products.
- Ensure alignment between payment experiences, internal operations tooling, financial infrastructure, and monitoring platforms.
- Translate company-level strategy into executable product initiatives across TP squads.
- Execution & Squad Collaboration
- Work across four core squads:
- Operations / Admin Panel Squad – internal tools for ops, support, and dispute handling.
- Payment Product Squad – user-facing payment flows and experiences.
- Financial Rails Squad – integrations with external payment schemes and providers.
- Monitoring Platform Squad – transaction monitoring, alerts, and operational visibility.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery → specification → delivery → launch → iteration.
- Maintain clear documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
- Payment Infrastructure & Financial Rails
- Drive integrations with local and global payment schemes (ACH, SEPA / SEPA Instant, PIX, UPI, SPEI, etc.) via API partners or direct connections.
- Collaborate with backend teams on scalable orchestration, settlement, reconciliation, and failure-handling flows.
- Ensure reliability and consistency of payment processing across regions.
- Admin Panel & Operations Enablement
- Own the admin panel and internal tooling used by operations, compliance, and support teams.
- Ensure scalable workflows for:
- Transaction reviews
- Disputes and exceptions
- Settlements and reconciliation
- Customer support escalation
- Balance operational efficiency with compliance and risk requirements.
- Compliance, Risk & Monitoring
- Partner with compliance teams to enable reusable and consistent KYC/KYB flows across TP products.
- Collaborate with risk and monitoring squads to support:
- Fraud and AML monitoring
- Alerting and case management
- Audit-ready data and logs
- Ensure smooth partner audits and regulatory interactions.
- Cross-Product & Platform Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Wallet, Infrastructure, and Growth teams to ensure unified UX and interoperability.
- Align frontend and backend experiences across all TP-related products.
