Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized records.
Assist in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow.
Support the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress.
Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed.
Help draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
Maintain compliance systems like Relativity by organizing data, running basic queries, and ensuring data accuracy.
Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry to support the compliance and legal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal support, project coordination, or paralegal roles.
Background or strong interest in legal or compliance fields preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and data-driven; comfortable learning new systems and conducting analysis using Excel, Python, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills; proactive and able to follow through on tasks independently.
Efficient, responsible, and hardworking; willing to support urgent tasks when needed.
