The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $350,000 USD.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion within ambitious deadlines.

• Proactive mindset to identify issues, propose solutions, and keep projects on track.
• Background in crypto trading platforms, DeFi, or blockchain-related projects.
