The goal is to optimize the onboarding and activation processes based on market feedback.
A key aspect of this role is to act as a conduit for industry insights and creator feedback, informing product development and growth strategies. The Senior Business Development Manager will own specific business targets related to creator acquisition, partnership conversion rates, and overall revenue. This requires a results-oriented approach and strong commercial judgment to identify and secure impactful collaborations.
The salary for this position ranges from $92,000 to $161,000 annually.
