Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

This position focuses on building and maintaining the foundational systems for Risk Labs' web3 projects. The engineer will be responsible for infrastructure design, ensuring efficient deployment pipelines through CI/CD management, and developing tools to support internal operations. This work directly underpins the reliability and security of protocols like UMA and Across.

A key aspect of this role is the ongoing monitoring of systems to ensure their stability and performance. The engineer will also manage sensitive information, such as secrets, which is critical in the web3 space. Success in this role means providing a robust, secure, and scalable environment for the development and operation of decentralized applications.

The team requires someone with at least two years of experience in site reliability engineering or system administration within a cloud environment. Familiarity with web3 security practices, including multisigs and private keys, is essential. The role requires practical experience with specific technologies to manage and automate infrastructure effectively.

The annual gross salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $200,000, supplemented with tokens.
