- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with direct ownership of OpEx planning (headcount, marketing spend, product operations, or similar categories).
- Track record managing operating large expense budgets, delivering forecasts, and producing variance analysis that informed executive decisions.
- Demonstrated experience building driver-based financial models and scenario analyses in Excel, with proficiency in SQL for data analysis and at least one planning tool (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite).
- History of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, or Design teams to align financial plans with business priorities and influence resource allocation.
- Experience in a high-growth tech, fintech, or financial services environment with comfort operating across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
