Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

This role focuses on developing and maintaining the core infrastructure for a blockchain protocol. The work involves designing cloud architecture, implementing continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and embedding security controls throughout the software development lifecycle. The engineer will ensure the reliability and efficiency of systems that enable tokenization of investment funds and integration with institutional services.

The Senior Platform Engineer will take ownership of critical infrastructure components, including defining architecture health and managing technical debt. This includes creating documentation, driving resolutions for identified issues, and planning for disaster recovery. The position requires a proactive approach to system resilience and continuous improvement.

Success in this role means establishing robust, secure, and observable cloud systems that support the company's blockchain initiatives. The engineer will be responsible for incident response, developing runbooks, and conducting post-mortems to learn from issues. This involves ensuring that infrastructure decisions contribute directly to the stability and scalability of the platform.

The annual salary for this role is between $125,000 and $230,000 USD.
