- Own end-to-end design for core product areas: Lead projects from research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and final execution across mobile and web.

- Evolve our design systems: Contribute to scalable design systems and patterns that ensure consistency across app, web, and marketing surfaces.
- Raise the bar for design: Help improve design quality, processes, and collaboration across teams. Provide feedback and contribute to a strong design culture.
- 5–8+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer products
- Strong experience owning end-to-end user journeys across mobile and web
- Ability to balance product thinking, systems design, and visual craft
- Comfortable working on ambiguous problems and shaping solutions from scratch
- Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions to cross-functional partners
- Collaborative by default, with strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Comfortable using tools like Figma and prototyping interactions to bring ideas to life
