Build and evolve demo flows and sandbox experiences that make Constructor's AI and personalization capabilities viscerally compelling for prospects.
Drive a demo reliability programme: instrumentation, regression coverage, stubbing strategy, and measurable AE trust signals.
Own the release-readiness process: create a lightweight "demo-readiness" bar and cross-team process.
Establish a clear intake + prioritization system for demo requests.
Enable self-serve sandbox workflows that reduce PUIS engineering involvement.
Drive the Disruptive Demo as an "inspire-the-future" asset.
Set the foundation for Product-Led Growth: identify PLG wedges, define hypotheses and metrics.

5+ years of product management experience in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated sales or GTM product thinking.
Strong platform and reliability mindset.
Proven ability to influence without authority across various stakeholders.
Comfort using data to make prioritization decisions.
Experience owning a roadmap that spans both near-term execution and longer-term strategic bets.
