Senior Product Manager: Demo Experience (Remote)

  • Build and evolve demo flows and sandbox experiences that make Constructor's AI and personalization capabilities viscerally compelling for prospects.
  • Drive a demo reliability programme: instrumentation, regression coverage, stubbing strategy, and measurable AE trust signals.
  • Own the release-readiness process: create a lightweight "demo-readiness" bar and cross-team process.
  • Establish a clear intake + prioritization system for demo requests.
  • Enable self-serve sandbox workflows that reduce PUIS engineering involvement.
  • Drive the Disruptive Demo as an "inspire-the-future" asset.
  • Set the foundation for Product-Led Growth: identify PLG wedges, define hypotheses and metrics.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated sales or GTM product thinking.
  • Strong platform and reliability mindset.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority across various stakeholders.
  • Comfort using data to make prioritization decisions.
  • Experience owning a roadmap that spans both near-term execution and longer-term strategic bets.
