Remote $127k–$196k senior 4 months ago full-time quality 7.3/10

Role in brief

Constructor seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the demo experience, building and refining platforms that showcase their AI capabilities to prospective clients. This role is for a product leader with B2B SaaS experience, strong sales enablement understanding, and a focus on reliability and strategic roadmapping.

About the role

This role centers on enhancing how Constructor's AI and personalization features are presented to potential customers. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for creating compelling demo flows and sandbox environments that effectively communicate the product's value. This involves not only building these experiences but also ensuring their reliability and ease of use for the sales team.

A key part of the job involves leading the company's release-readiness for product launches, ensuring that new features are demo-ready from day one. This means establishing clear processes for demo requests and enabling self-serve sandbox workflows to reduce engineering overhead. The goal is to make the sales enablement process as efficient and impactful as possible.

Success in this position means driving measurable improvements in demo reliability and sales team confidence, while also laying groundwork for future product-led growth initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker who can balance immediate execution needs with longer-term vision, using data to guide prioritization and influence cross-functional teams.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $126,500 to $195,500 USD, in addition to stock options.
