About the role

This role focuses on driving product development for a platform that helps companies build on blockchain and manage crypto operations. The Senior Product Manager will guide products from initial concept through to launch, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and legal teams. The base salary for this position ranges from $154,000 to $203,000, which is part of a total compensation package that may include a target bonus, equity, and benefits.

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent
• Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
• Experience in shipping and iterating on software or financial products
• Expertise in navigating complex environments and transforming challenges into scalable solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of Crypto Custody and Wallet management
• A demonstrated ability to make effective product prioritization decisions

• A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $154,000 - $203,000.
• The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
