Role in brief
Coinbase seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead their Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology roadmap. This role focuses on optimizing contracting workflows, integrating CLM systems with other platforms like Salesforce, and driving AI adoption within Legal Operations. Candidates with extensive experience in CLM systems, AI enablement, and strategic program management in a legal tech context should apply.
About the role
This role involves owning the strategic direction for Coinbase's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem. This includes leading in-house development efforts to create scalable, integrated contracting solutions that extend beyond standard software configurations.
A key part of this position is driving AI enablement for the Legal Operations team. This means identifying opportunities for automation, setting up proof of concepts with various AI tools, and facilitating training and adoption programs to enhance the team's AI proficiency. The role also requires developing and managing a comprehensive reporting framework for all agreements, ensuring data integrity and surfacing actionable insights for leadership.
Success in this position means effectively communicating roadmap enhancements and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on contracting priorities and technology investments. The Senior Program Manager will lead large, cross-functional initiatives, managing dependencies across Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Compliance to deliver projects on time and within scope. This requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on measurable improvements in workflow efficiency and quality.
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $148,835 to $175,100 USD, with total compensation potentially including equity and bonus eligibility.
