Role in brief
Coinbase seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead its Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem. This role involves defining the CLM technology roadmap, integrating AI solutions, and optimizing contracting workflows. Ideal for experienced program managers with a strong background in legal operations and CLM systems, ready to drive strategic technological advancements.
About the role
This role centers on owning the strategic direction and technical execution of Coinbase's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem. This involves translating a high-level vision into a prioritized delivery plan and leading in-house development efforts for scalable, integrated contracting solutions.
A key component of the position is driving AI enablement for the Legal Operations team. This means identifying opportunities for automation, developing proof-of-concept solutions with tools like N8N or Claude, and fostering AI fluency through training and adoption programs. The manager will also establish a comprehensive reporting framework for contracts, ensuring data integrity and surfacing actionable insights for leadership.
Success in this role requires leading large, cross-functional initiatives from end-to-end, managing dependencies across various departments such as Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Compliance. The individual will be responsible for communicating roadmap enhancements and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on contracting priorities and technology investments to deliver projects on time and within scope.
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $148,835 to $175,100 USD, with total compensation potentially including equity and bonus eligibility.
