Sr. Professional Services Consultant, Data Protection Solutions

Role Expectations

• Build long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers to deliver tailored Data Protection solutions
• Design and execute solutions using Zscaler s suite of products, including DLP, CASB, Shadow IT, and SaaS integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to envision and implement future-proof, transformative processes
• Advocate customer needs with cross-functional teams to influence product development
• Produce documentation, best practices, and demos to enable organizational growth

Minimum Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role
• 6+ years of professional experience in network security, professional services, or DevOps
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in data loss prevention (DLP), CASB, and cloud security solutions
• Proven ability with scripting languages, REST APIs, and Linux/Windows systems
• Ability to be granted and maintain a Public trust or DoD/DoW security clearance/access
• Ability to travel to customer site for kickoffs

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP
• Advanced expertise in network security architecture and SaaS integration
• Advanced expertise in a DLP or Data Protection product suite (any vendor)
• Relevant industry experience at leading networking security companies
• Current or former DoD/DoW TS clearance
