Manage the entire project lifecycle by developing project charters, planning activities, and tracking milestones to closure.
Provide operational and network support to private customer and vendor-hosted environments.
Deliver management-level visibility and reporting on project status, risks, and information.
Develop and refine processes, program templates, and documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional communication between system engineers, sales, and product teams.

8+ years of technical program management experience in networking, cloud operations, infrastructure, or data center technologies.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with VP-level stakeholders.
Experience working collaboratively across organizations with strong interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
