What You'll Actually Do
- Own the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of tech clients—A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliations, financial statements
- Master QuickBooks Online (this is non-negotiable—you need to be an expert, not comfortable with it)
- Build financial models and reports in Google Sheets

The Deal
- First 90 days: 1099 contractor at $50/hour. We're testing fit—on both sides.
- After 90 days: Full-time W-2 position at $100K/year, plus:
