Community Manager Jobs in Crypto & Web3

Crypto community manager roles own the daily life of a project's audience across Discord, Telegram, and X, running announcements, AMAs, and moderation while keeping channels safe from scams and impersonators. They translate technical updates into clear messages and rally holders around launches.

Strong managers track sentiment, surface feedback to product and founders, coordinate ambassador and contributor programs, and grow engagement through events, quests, and rewards. Comfort with bots, analytics, and governance forums, plus genuine fluency in web3 culture, separates the best candidates.
