Affiliate Business Development Manager - MENA

About the role

This role centers on devising and executing the affiliate growth strategy for Okx within the MENA region. The manager will identify and engage with potential crypto partners, including high-net-worth individuals and professional traders, to expand the platform's user base. Success in this position means significantly increasing user acquisition and enhancing Okx's brand awareness across the region.

A key component of the work involves cultivating relationships with HNW clients and influencers, and then leveraging these connections for user acquisition. The manager will plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns and events, collaborating with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and media channels to reach target audiences.

The position requires a proactive approach to identifying new affiliates and creatively expanding the user base. It also involves managing multiple projects simultaneously and applying data analysis to optimize affiliate customer acquisition performance, ensuring efficient growth and strategic market penetration.

The salary for this position ranges from $82,000 to $138,000 USD annually.

• Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships that consist of HNW clients and professional traders
• Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients in MENA, being in contact with them frequently, build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition
• Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers/KOLs or media channels
• Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates/KOLs and acquire users

• Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX or any related space, with a track record in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience in business development or affiliate management
• Solid connections in the region with HNW clients and professional traders
• Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Fluent in English and Arabic is a MUST
