Business Development Manager, Affiliate (Vietnam)

About the role

This role focuses on developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns for OKX. A key responsibility involves expanding the company's affiliate network, with a particular emphasis on identifying and engaging influencers in the local market who can attract trading users and generate revenue for the platform. Success in this position requires devising creative strategies to find potential affiliates and implementing plans to improve conversion rates.

The manager will also analyze user habits and behavior to anticipate business development trends. This includes using data analysis and segmentation to understand fundamental customer acquisition key performance indicators (KPIs) and applying optimization methods to enhance performance. The work involves a continuous cycle of strategy development, action planning, and performance review.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $82,000 to $138,000 USD.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns;
• Develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates;
• Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform;
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates;
• Optimize the strategy of business develop and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate;
• Analyze user habits and user behavior, and judge the trend of business development.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor degree or above;
• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/ business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space;
• Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish;
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude;
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation.
