Compliance Geofencing Team Lead

This role focuses on leading a team responsible for geofencing compliance within Binance, a major global blockchain ecosystem. The team lead will manage the allocation of work, monitor performance against service level agreements, and serve as the main point of contact for complex issues. A key aspect of the position is ensuring the team effectively supports and maintains geofencing controls to meet regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will contribute to developing compliance policies and procedures while actively monitoring and analyzing risks related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML). Collaboration with other teams is essential to mitigate identified risks. This position requires participation in internal audits and quality assurance efforts, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure compliance objectives are met.

Success in this role means fostering a high-performing team through mentorship and guidance, identifying training needs, and coordinating development programs. The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 annually.

• ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certification preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent analytical and communication skills.
