Compliance Geofencing Team Lead

About the role

This role involves leading a team of Geofencing Analysts at Binance, a major cryptocurrency exchange. The core responsibility is to ensure the team effectively manages geofencing controls, which are critical for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions regulations. This includes allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and serving as the primary point of contact for complex issues related to geofencing.

The team lead will also contribute to the development and improvement of geofencing policies and procedures. This means identifying training needs for the team, coordinating relevant programs, and participating in internal audits to ensure quality and adherence to compliance standards. The salary for this position ranges from $122,000 to $225,000 USD.

• Fluent in English; excellent analytical and communication skills.
