Compliance Geofencing Team Lead

About the role

In this role, you will lead a team of geofencing analysts at Binance, a major player in the blockchain ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include managing workloads, monitoring performance, and acting as the main point of contact for complex geofencing issues.

Success in this position requires a solid background in compliance, particularly in anti-money laundering and sanctions. You will also be involved in developing geofencing policies and collaborating with various teams to address potential risks, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

The salary range for this role is between $122,000 and $225,000.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, and compliance processes.
• Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certification preferred.
• Fluent in English; excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop analyst-level staff.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
