About the role
As the Compliance Team Lead at Binance, you will oversee a team of KYB Analysts, ensuring they meet compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing workloads, monitoring performance, and acting as the primary point of escalation for complex cases.
In this role, you will maintain relationships with various partner teams and ensure effective customer due diligence processes. You will also contribute to developing KYB policies and procedures while identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for your team.
The salary range for this role is between $75,000 and $125,000 annually.

- Strong knowledge of multiple client types.
- ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certification or equivalent highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and manage analyst-level staff.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
