Compliance Team Lead - KYB

About the role

This role focuses on leading a team of KYB (Know Your Business) Analysts, overseeing the entire client onboarding process. Responsibilities include allocating tasks, monitoring team performance, and serving as the main point of contact for complex KYB issues. The lead will ensure that all client applications are reviewed and verified according to internal policies and regulatory standards.

The position requires maintaining strong relationships with internal Relationship Partner Teams and ensuring robust customer due diligence. This involves overseeing risk assessments, enhanced due diligence procedures, and the documentation of unusual activities or potential AML flags. A key part of the role is to ensure the team's work aligns with compliance requirements.

Success in this role means effectively managing and developing the KYB analyst team, identifying their training needs, and coordinating relevant programs. The Team Lead will also contribute to the ongoing development of KYB policies and procedures, ensuring the company's compliance framework remains current and effective in a fast-paced environment.

The listed salary for this full-time remote lead position is between $75,000 and $125,000 USD.
