- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of KYB Analysts.
- Allocate and oversee team workload, monitor performance metrics.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex KYB cases.
- Oversee client onboarding applications for compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with Relationship Partner Teams.
- Ensure effective customer due diligence processes.
- Oversee risk assessments and enhanced due diligence.
- Monitor documentation of unusual activity or AML flags.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Contribute to the development of KYB policies and procedures.
- At least 8 years of experience in corporate onboarding/KYB roles.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Strong knowledge of multiple client types.
- ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certification preferred.
- Ability to coach and manage analyst-level staff.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of virtual currency policies is a plus.
