• Reactivate previously dormant top traders using data-driven tools.

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in financial services, trading, or crypto.
• Demonstrated fluency in derivatives products (futures, options, perps).
• Data-driven operating style with experience using dashboards and CRMs.
• Background in business, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Pre-existing network of active institutional derivatives traders preferred.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly.
