Director of Operations/Strategy

Manage the fund's daily processes and lead strategic initiatives.
Oversee the operational rhythm of the team including planning, prioritization, and follow-ups.
Build and improve processes/systems such as documentation, KPIs, and workflow.
Coordinate external contractors in legal, finance, and tools.
Support portfolio projects through onboarding, reporting, and operational templates.
Lead special projects like market mapping, ecosystem initiatives, and events/community.

3-5 years of experience in operations/strategy/project management in startups, VC, consulting, fintech, or product companies.
At least 3 years in crypto/Web3 with an understanding of the market, players, and mechanics.
Preferably experience in fund ops, investor ops, portfolio ops, contractor management, and regular reporting.
