About the role
This role focuses on the design and production of extensive multi-page publications for both digital and print. The designer will be responsible for managing large volumes of text, structuring complex content, and establishing clear information hierarchies. This includes developing robust typographic systems and modular grids to ensure visual coherence and readability across all materials.
A key aspect of this position is creating visual styles for publications from the ground up, in collaboration with an Art Director. The designer will also be involved in developing cover concepts, from initial ideas through to final execution. Additionally, the role requires expertise in infographics and data visualization to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Success in this position means delivering high-quality design work within established deadlines, adapting visual solutions for various media, and preparing files for print production with an understanding of printing technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to refine complex client content into polished, logical layouts.
The compensation for this role ranges from $74,750 to $120,750 annually.
