About the role

This position supports the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, focusing on the monthly management reporting close. The role involves collaborating with Accounting, Reporting, Tax, and Financial Controllers to ensure timely and accurate financial information. A key responsibility is maintaining data integrity within complex Google Sheets models and preparing high-quality reports and presentations for leadership consumption.

The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for monitoring procure-to-pay processes for specific entities and supporting short-term forecasting cycles by partnering with various business stakeholders. This includes preparing supporting calculations and integrating them into broader reporting and forecasting efforts. The role requires a proactive approach to identify and implement process improvements and scalable solutions.

Success in this role means demonstrating strong ownership over reporting deliverables and ensuring transactional quality control. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core financial statements under IFRS and a meticulous approach to their work. The ability to communicate effectively and work within an international team is also important for this remote position.

The compensation for this role ranges from $65,000 to $120,000 annually.
