Lead the full lifecycle of investment transactions from term sheet through close.
Design and drive the due diligence process across commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory dimensions.
Author and own Investment Committee memoranda and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned portfolio companies post-close.
Drive the build-out and continuous improvement of Tether RISE fund's investment operating infrastructure.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
5-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
Advanced financial modelling skills and strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of venture and growth-stage investment dynamics.
CFA charterholder or CAIA designation required (or demonstrable progression toward completion).
