The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 USD annually.

Who You Are
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-growth technology, fintech, or financial services companies.
- 5+ years in a GM, COO, VP of Business, or equivalent P&L leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling B2B revenue.
- Experience managing and developing multi-functional teams of 50+ people.
- Strong background in the Mexican and/or Latin American financial services or fintech landscape.
- Experience working within or alongside crypto, blockchain, or digital assets businesses is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to build and close enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience operating in a fast-moving, startup-to-scale environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is required for executive and international interactions.
