About the role

This role focuses on owning the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, for Leapsome's AI-powered HR platform. Collaboration with the RevOps team is essential for continuously improving sales processes through data and feedback, aiming to enhance win rates and overall efficiency.

Beyond sales, the role includes maintaining a clean pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, and contributing to the smooth initial implementation for new customers. There are also opportunities to engage in cross-functional projects, such as OKR initiatives, that align with individual interests and support professional growth. Becoming an expert in the product and industry is key to guiding customers with a consultative, value-driven approach.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $48,750 to $82,500.
