Developing partner channels such as brokers, communities, and investment clubs is also a significant part of the job. ▫️Ability to speak with investors in terms of capital, returns, risk, deal structure, downside protection, and trust.

▫️Existing network of investors, brokers, family offices, entrepreneurs, or capital partners is a strong advantage.

▫️Ability to build a pipeline independently, not only work with inbound leads.

▫️Strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene.

▫️Ability to explain complex products in a clear and simple way.

▫️Fluent English for investor negotiations. Russian is a plus.

▫️Crypto experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
