A key aspect of this position is managing collaboration across diverse internal teams, including Licensing, Setup, Product, Payments, CRM, Support, Fraud, and Marketing. The successful candidate will also coordinate with external stakeholders, build and optimize operational workflows, and analyze target markets and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and smooth operations before go-live.
Success in this role means ensuring operational stability post-launch, monitoring performance, and proactively identifying risks and areas for process improvement. The Head of Project Operations will work closely with product teams to align priorities and delivery timelines, supporting the ongoing scaling and development of launched projects. A high level of ownership and proactivity is essential.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $51,750 to $86,250.
