This role focuses on leading the content team and overseeing the operational workflow for SOFTSWISS's digital presence. You will manage content writers, coordinate with SEO and Localization teams, and ensure high-quality content across various company websites. A key aspect is developing monthly content plans, including LinkedIn and client newsletters, to strengthen the company's digital footprint.
The position involves hands-on content creation for internal support and cross-team initiatives, alongside reviewing and approving final drafts. You will participate in development sprint planning, assigning tasks related to website design and copywriting, and attend bi-weekly SEO meetings to align content strategy with search engine optimization goals. Success in this role means consistently delivering impactful content that enhances brand visibility.
You will be responsible for reporting and tracking KPIs for the content team, providing insights to the Head of Content Marketing. This role also includes participation in hiring and onboarding new team members and acting as a deputy to the Head of Content Marketing during their absence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content metrics and digital tools, ensuring data-driven decisions for content strategy.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $57,500 to $97,750.

- Help develop the monthly Content Plan, LinkedIn Newsletter Plan, Client Newsletter Plan, and coordinate content briefs with the SEO Team.
- Coordinates and delivers reporting and KPI tracking for the Team and the Head of Content Marketing.
- Ensure the quality of the final draft copy produced by the Content Team and support other departments with copy review upon request.
- Create content on request (e.g. internal support materials, cross-team initiatives, ad-hoc tasks).
- Participate in development sprint planning; assign tasks related to website design, development, and copywriting; and attend bi-weekly SEO meetings.
- Participate in and lead hiring and onboarding efforts when requested.
- Act as the de facto and de jure deputy for the Head of Content Marketing during absences, vacations, etc.
- Higher education in marketing, journalism, linguistics, or a related field (BA or MA).
- Proficiency in English (C1 or higher) and Russian (native).
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Solid understanding of content and web metrics.
- Good organisational and project-management skills.
- Previous experience in copywriting, editing, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with digital tools: email and writing applications (Google Workspace), SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.), project-management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.), and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Search Console, etc.).
