  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compliance, AML, and fraud detection capabilities.
  • Build and enhance controls across the policy lifecycle.
  • Develop intelligent monitoring systems for suspicious transaction patterns.
  • Define and deliver AML/KYC features.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Guide integrations with external fraud, AML, and identity platforms.
  • Build internal tools for case management and alert resolution.
  • Drive a culture of risk-aware product development.
  • Support fraud and AML incident response.
  • Stay current on regulatory shifts and fraud trends.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management related to fraud prevention, AML, KYC, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of fraud prevention techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Experience integrating third-party compliance/risk tools via APIs.
  • Ability to collaborate across legal, security, engineering, and data teams.
  • Technical literacy in secure architecture and data pipelines.
  • Process-minded with a knack for building scalable systems.
