Lead Technical Product Manager

About the role

This role involves leading product vision and execution for a specific product area within Zinnia, a technology platform for life and annuities. The Lead Technical Product Manager will manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideas through to launch. This includes conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and developing product roadmaps to ensure Zinnia's offerings meet market needs and support its mission to simplify insurance.

The successful candidate will also serve as a mentor to junior product managers, working closely with the Senior Director of Product. This leadership aspect requires guiding and developing team members. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, providing support for pre-sales activities and content creation to help promote Zinnia's enterprise solutions.

Success in this position means building strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. It requires a deep understanding of Zinnia's platform and its impact on accelerating growth in the life and annuities sector. The salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $190,000, based on skills and location.
