The Organic Search Marketer will also be responsible for the technical SEO/AEO roadmap for Mercury.com, partnering closely with the Engineering team to implement solutions. This includes developing repeatable systems and AI workflows to improve the consistency and efficiency of search efforts.

Success in this position means not only driving traffic but also identifying and scoping valuable multi-format assets like tools, templates, and downloadable content. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of translating strategy into tangible, high-quality deliverables independently. The salary range for this position is between $115,700 and $144,600, with specific figures varying based on location within the US or if located in Canada.
