- Fluency with modern content and AI tools, and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies
- Strong judgment informed by data, audience insights, and performance signals
- A track record of operating independently, managing projects, and getting high-quality work out the door

- Salary ranges for US employees in major cities: $128,600 - $144,600 (NYC, LA, Seattle, SF Bay Area) and $115,700 - $130,100 (other locations)
