P2P Marketplace Lead

About the role

This role focuses on leading the strategy and day-to-day operations of Binance's C2C platform. The work involves driving the initial setup and growth of the marketplace, which includes acquiring new suppliers and activating user demand. The P2P Marketplace Lead will be part of the Big Fiat team, contributing to Binance's mission to revolutionize global transactions. This involves working within a large global blockchain ecosystem that serves over 300 million users across many countries, offering a range of digital-asset products beyond just trading.

The annual salary for this full-time remote lead position ranges from $130,000 to $225,000 USD.

• Deep familiarity with C2C marketplace logic and user behavior
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of self-learning ability and adaptability
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required
