This Lead Product Manager will focus on the Arc ecosystem, an enterprise-grade blockchain platform. The core responsibility involves designing a potential token and its governance architecture. The salary for this position ranges from $172,500 to $225,000 USD annually.

• Influencing without authority
• Ability to distill technical concepts into clear frameworks and communications
• Strategic mindset with bias toward execution and measurable ecosystem outcomes
• Experience with onchain protocols or staking economics strongly preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
