About the role

This role at adjoe involves taking full ownership of critical, cross-functional projects, guiding them from initial hypothesis testing and discovery through technical scoping and go-to-market strategy. The Product Leader will translate broad business and product visions into detailed, actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring that every feature developed directly contributes to measurable growth and revenue. This requires a deep understanding of system design decisions while maintaining a focus on business outcomes.

A key aspect of the position is to optimize product discovery and delivery processes, helping the organization maintain high velocity as it expands. The Product Leader will frequently participate in technical and product meetings, making executive-level decisions to resolve bottlenecks by balancing technical feasibility with product desirability. This involves operating effectively in ambiguous situations and proactively addressing challenges.

Success in this role means consistently bridging the gap between complex technical architecture and business-critical key performance indicators. The individual will be instrumental in ensuring that product development is not just about shipping features, but about understanding their strategic purpose, their fit within the product lifecycle, and how to accurately measure their impact on business objectives. This requires a systematic understanding of technology as a tool for solving customer problems.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $82,500 to $127,500 USD.
