The competitive salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $250,000, with total compensation potentially including equity and bonus eligibility.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of sales and/or trading experience in digital assets, FX, equities, credit, or derivatives.
• Strong options trading capability, including pricing, hedging, and risk management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain counterparty relationships with institutional clients.
• Experience producing institutional-grade market commentary.
• Weekend availability required.
