About the role

This role focuses on increasing trading volume by understanding and addressing the liquidity needs of institutional clients. The Prime Sales Trader will provide real-time support and daily market updates, ensuring quality execution to build and maintain trusted relationships. Success in this position involves consistent client engagement and effective trade facilitation.

The Sales Trader will work closely with internal Sales, Financing, and Account Management teams to identify and integrate new client relationships. A key aspect of the role is to gather structured feedback from clients and relay it to institutional Product Managers, helping to inform product development and strategy. This ensures client perspectives directly influence the platform's evolution.

Maintaining a real-time understanding of market sentiment and trading activity is crucial for this position. The individual will be expected to produce institutional-grade market commentary, demonstrating a deep grasp of market dynamics. The advertised salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000 USD, with total compensation potentially including equity and bonus eligibility.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of sales and/or trading experience in digital assets, FX, equities, credit, or derivatives.
• Strong options trading capability, including pricing, hedging, and risk management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain counterparty relationships with institutional clients.
• Experience producing institutional-grade market commentary.
• Weekend availability required.
