About the role

This role involves leading the product planning, optimization, and iteration for Binance's independent PC client application, with the goal of making it a top industry product. The work requires a deep understanding of professional traders' usage scenarios, behavior patterns, and core demands, with a specific focus on high-value users. Success in this position means enhancing product competitiveness in professional trading through informed optimization directions.

The Product Manager will formulate these optimization strategies based on market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis. This includes coordinating with design, R&D, testing, operations, and other product teams to implement complex requirements and leverage resources across different business lines. The ability to connect various teams and drive projects forward is central to this role.

A key aspect of the job is using AI tools to develop product documentation, flowcharts, prototypes, and launch plans to ensure rapid delivery and timely iterations. The role also involves tracking product data, user feedback, and online issues to continuously refine the user experience, improve stability, and enhance the application's professionalism and usability.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $160,000 USD annually.

• Responsible for product planning, function optimization and version iteration of the independent PC client application, driving the product transformation to the top 1 PC client application in the industry.
• In-depth understanding of usage scenarios, behavior patterns and core demands of professional traders, with special focus on the experience and feedback of high-value users.
• Formulate product optimization directions based on market research, user interviews and competitive analysis to enhance product competitiveness in the professional trading field.
• Coordinate design, R&D, testing, operation and relevant product teams to promote the implementation of complex requirements and connect resources across business lines.
• Leverage AI tools to develop high-quality PRD, flowcharts, prototypes, function specifications and launch plans to ensure fast deliveries and in-time iterations.
• Track product data, user feedback and online issues, continuously optimize product experience, and improve stability, usability and professionalism.

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related fields are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager; experience in trading, fintech, securities firms, trading systems or professional financial tools is preferred.
• Deep understanding of trading product logic, familiar with core demands, usage habits and typical scenarios of professional trading users.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership, able to proactively connect cross-business lines and drive complex projects to deliver results.
• Bonus Points: Experience in professional trading terminals, order systems, market data systems or high-frequency trading products. Experience in desktop software, standalone clients or multi-terminal collaborative products.
