Product Manager - Search

  • Own the full lifecycle of the Main App Search product at Binance, including Discovery Page, Search Result Page, etc.
  • Drive core business metrics such as trade conversion, CTR, and business traffic through systematic product iterations and roadmap planning.
  • Independently own requirements, write PRDs, coordinate engineering implementation, launch features, and track results end-to-end.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, business, and data teams; respond and resolve online incidents and issues immediately as first responder.
  • Understand crypto user behavior deeply, differentiate new and experienced users, and optimize search experience and conversion accordingly.
  • 3+ years experience working for search product features.
  • Ability to turn complex information requirements into clear product solutions, ensuring high data accuracy and low latency.
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech) to streamline search production and distribution workflows.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin for effective global stakeholder communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; technical or engineering background is a bonus for bridging product and tech challenges.
