Product Manager - Web3/ DeFi

Own and drive wallet product development, focusing on core wallet infrastructure, including key management, transaction construction and signing, and DeFi integrations.
Research, innovate, and develop viable product strategies, and lead execution from concept through launch and post-launch iterations.
Conduct competitive analysis, stay up to date with market trends, and differentiate products from competitors.
Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and translate insights into product requirements, features, and final deliverables.
Communicate product plans and roadmaps with senior management.
Write and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and releases.
Track and drive development and testing progress.
Monitor and analyze key user metrics and continuously improve product performance.

At least 5 years of Web3 product experience, with a strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallet infrastructure, on-chain transaction lifecycle, payments, and DeFi.
Proven experience leading large-scale product design and delivery from concept to launch.
Strong market intuition and data-driven mindset, with the ability to quickly translate insights into actionable product solutions and drive execution.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
